This guide will walk you through booking a desk using the Evoko Workplace Mobile Application. This guide assumes you have been invited or joined a workplace and desks/floorplans have been added to your workplace.
- Log into the Evoko Workplace Application. If you do not have the application downloaded - you can find out how to download the App by going here: How to download the Evoko Workplace Mobile Application?
- Once logged into the Evoko Workplace Application you should land on the welcome screen as indicated here:
- To book a desk you will want to press on the chair icon indicated here:
- This will bring you to an overview of your building and organization. The green dots indicate currently available desks, red indicates currently occupied desks.
- To book one of the desks you can select the desk directly on the floor plan, or find the desired desk in the list. Press "Book" to book your desired workstation.
- Select the desired time you would like to book the desk for and press "Book"
- The follow page will ask you to confirm the booking you are trying to make. To confirm press the "Book" button.
- Once confirmed, you will see the booking on your landing page as shown here:
- Keep in mind that if your organization has the Check-In option turned on you will need to either check in physically at the desk on the Kleeo device or directly in the mobile application. To check in on the Mobile Device click on "Details" as shown here:
- Press "Check In"
- You will now notice that your desk booking is "Ongoing"
