RFID tags enable users to check-in and identify themselves on the device at the desk.
Follow this guide to add the RFID information to the correct user in the Evoko Admin Workplace
- Navigate to the Evoko Workplace Admin.
- Log in with your admin credentials and select the appropriate workplace you would like to edit. In this guide we will be using the Evoko QA Workplace.
- Navigate to "Users" in the left hand column and select "Edit" for the user you would like to add RFID information.
- Navigate to "Add Tag"
- Enter the RFID for the tag in reverse hexadecimal format (0-9, A-F). Please also give the tag an optional name to make it easier to remember. Once complete press "Add Tag"
