Note: When you feel happy with your setup you can start adding your colleagues.
- Navigate to the Evoko Workplace Admin.
- Navigate to the Users tab in the left hand column.
- To invite a new user - press the "Invite User" in the top right hand corner.
- Type in the email of the user you wish to add. Please also describe which type of user you would designate them to be. To see a list of user details check out this article: Roles and Permissions of Users
- The user will receive the following invite in their email, and they will be asked to download the Desk Booking App to verify and authenticate their user. They can do this by pressing the "Join" button.
- Repeat the steps for each user you wish to invite.
- You can see a list of users that you have invited by selecting :"Invited"
