The first step to get the Evoko Workplace configured is to create a new Evoko Workplace Account. This guide will walk you through those steps.
- Navigate to https://evoko.app/signup in your browser.
- Here you have three options to create a new account:
- Sign up with Google Account
- Sign up with Microsoft 365 Account
- Sign up with Email
- For this guide we will be using the "Sign up with Microsoft Option"
- Enter the email you will use to create your account and press "Next"
- Enter the password for your account and press "Sign In"
- Once you have logged in you will need to verify your account to keep it secure! Check the inbox of your account for the verification link!
- Once verified you should see a message like this:
- Navigate to the Log-In Page and log in with your newly created Evoko Workplace Account. Here you will be presented with the option to either join an existing workplace, or create a new workplace. For this guide we will be creating a new workplace.
- You will need to identify both the Workplace Name and Workplace ID.
- Workplace Name: The name of your workplace.
- Workplace ID: The ID used to access your workplace. (No Spaces)
- Congrats! You should now be logged into the Evoko Workplace Admin Center!
- At this point you should activate the license that has been provided to you by the Evoko Order/Support team.
- Navigate to Settings -> Licenses
- Press "Add License"
- Enter the license key that was emailed to you and press "Add License"
- Now that you have added licenses you can now start to build your organization and begin to add desks.
- You can now move on to Adding your Buildings and Floors!
