The first step to get the Evoko Workplace configured is to create a new Evoko Workplace Account. This guide will walk you through those steps.
- Navigate to https://evoko.app/ in your browser and select Register under desk booking.
- Here you have three options to create a new account:
- Sign up with Google Account
- Sign up with Microsoft 365 Account
- Sign up with Email
- For this guide we will be using the "Sign up with Microsoft Option"
- Enter the O365 Account you will use to create your Evoko Workplace account and press "Next"
- Enter the password for your account and press "Sign In"
- You may beed to authorize permissions of the Evoko Workplace Application. You can do so by pressing the consent box and then selecting accept
- On the next page you will need to complete your sign up by verifying your user information. Press the Complete Sign Up button.
- Once completed you will receive a verification email to the inbox of the account you used. Please verify your email to secure your account. Once secured - you can proceed to + Add Organization
- Here you will be presented with 2 options. You can either join an existing organization, or create an entirely new one. For this guide we will be creating a new organization.
- You will need to identify both the Workplace Name and Workplace ID as shown in the image below. Press Get Started when done.
- Workplace Name: The name of your workplace or company.
- Workplace ID: The ID used by other users to access your workplace when they join (No Spaces)
- Congrats! You should now be logged into the Evoko Workplace Admin Center!
- At this point you should activate the license that has been provided to you by the Evoko Order/Support team for your purchase. If you have not purchased any licenses you can demo the software by activating the trial license that is available for free for all new users.
- Navigate to Settings -> Licenses
- Press Add License
- Enter the license key that was emailed to you after purchase and press Add License. If you are demoing the software you can press the Start Free 60 Day Trial which will unlock 10,000 desk licenses for 60 days.
In this guide we have selected the 60 Day Free Trial. You should see a message like this indicating that the license has been activated. Press ok.
- Depending on the license you have applied you should see the information populate on the license page.
- Now that you have added licenses you can now start to build your organization and begin to add desks.
- You can now move on to Adding your Buildings and Floors!
