Evoko Naso Services has a central core (The Web App) along with a collection of applications that used for various purposes. Here is a list of our applications and the environments that are required for them.
Important! These are the environments that we test against fully and formally support, other environments may also work but we are unable to fully verify those.
Web App - Evoko Naso Admin Portal
Used to administer the estate, add rooms, desks, etc.
Key users: Administrators
Environment: Web Based Edge (Chrome version) / Chrome (60+) / Firefox (60+) / Safari
Web App - Evoko Desk Booking
Used to book desks and manage bookings.
Key users: Employees
Environment: Web Based Edge (Chrome version) / Chrome (60+) / Firefox (60+) / Safari
Naso Mobile App
Used by employees to book rooms, book desks, and find colleagues.
Key users: Employees
Environment: Mobile App Android (10.0+) / iOS (13.0+)
Guava Visitor Management App
Installed on tablets and placed in reception areas. Allows guests and deliveries to register themselves. When a guest arrives, it can notify the meeting host.
Key users: Visitors / Reception staff
Environment: Tablet App iOS (13.0+) / Not available on Android
Naso Outlook Add in
Like the mobile app. Extends Outlook by adding searching for rooms, desks, and inviting guests.
Key users: Employees
Environment: Add on O365 Exchange / Outlook 2016
