Head over to the Naso Admin Portal here and log in with your Naso Admin Credentials: https://naso.evoko.se/admin
Once you have logged in; navigate to Device Manager in the top left part of the screen.
This will open a list of Naso devices that are currently being used within your organisation.
Select the device you would like to extract the logs from. You can do this by clicking on the device name. In this example; we will click on SW-France Room.
This will open the device details page; on the right you will see the download logs option. Please click that.
If the logs are unable to be downloaded - you may need to click the Request Logs option. It could take a few minutes for the logs to be requested - then the Download Latest Logs button should be come available.
