Evoko Naso works best when using interactive maps. This allows users to view their floor-plans, and see available spaces. Evoko Naso partners with HERE technologies to provide the interactive floor-plans.
Every desk and room must be linked to a specific area on the map - This means that when a desk is booked, Evoko Naso can mark the desk as red (unavailable) on the map. The following steps detail how interactive maps are configured.

Important: Setting up interactive maps requires access to codes provided by HERE. The customer will need to send the map information to Evoko to have this created by HERE.
Step 1: Digitize maps
The first step is to send floor-plans to HERE so they can digitize them. Usually clients provide a PDF, or CAD drawing but it can be any type of image, so long as it shows all the required information. Please ensure maps include the following:
- Separate files for each floor.
- Clearly defined walls/edge. If the image has unwanted lines drawn on the map, these may get included in the end version.
- Desk names/numbers so that we can link each desk on the map to a desk in SpaceConnect.
- Room names/numbers so that we can link each room on the map to a room in SpaceConnect.
Once floor-plans are received by Evoko, we then forward these to HERE technologies. They will acknowledge receipt and provide an estimated completion date. Currently it takes about two weeks to fully digitize and publish the map. It can then be linked to Evoko which takes about 24 hours.
Step 2: Add Community ID to Location
Each map is for a specific building location and has a specific code for "Geo Community ID" and "Geo Drawing ID". These must be entered into the Evoko Naso Admin Portal with each respected location.
Step 3: Add Level ID to Level
Each digital map is for a specific level of the building and has a code for "Level ID". These must be entered into the Naso Admin Portal for each Level.
Step 4: Add Geometry ID to Desk or Room
On digital maps all objects (Desks, rooms, etc) have a code called "Geometry ID". These must be entered into the Naso Admin Portal against each desk and room - this is what connects each space to a specific point on the map and what allows Evoko Naso to display spaces as available or booked.
