A meeting room in Outlook is connected to Evoko Naso Services. When meetings are scheduled in this room using Outlook (but not through any of the Evoko Naso Services) these meetings are being removed from the calendar.
This may be due to the "Auto cancellation" option set against the room in the Evoko Naso Admin Portal. This option is designed to release a booking in the event of a no-show. This would allow spaces to be used more efficiently. This option requires an attendee to check-in to the meeting (or have this automatically performed via sensors).
In this scenario, a meeting booked directly in Outlook and where users do not check in will result in Evoko Naso Services still applying its rule and thereby removing the booking.
One solution is to uncheck this option so that rooms are never released following no-shows. This may have the effect of retaining unwanted bookings and therefore not utilizing space as effectively as possible.
