Updating the Naso firmware should normally be done remotely over the network using the Evoko Naso Web Admin Portal found here: https://naso.evoko.se/admin.
A firmware reset is different from a firmware update in that it resets all settings and leaves the Naso in a brand new out of the box state. After firmware resetting a Naso you will have to claim it again using Evoko Naso SetApp
Step 1:
Place the Evoko Naso display side down on a firm table or desk and locate the cable routing clip on the right side of the device.
tip! Use a soft, clean cloth between the table and the Naso to prevent scratching the Naso screen.
Step 2
Remove the cable routing clip on the right hand side of the Naso to access the reset button.
You will see a small arrow indicator on the bottom of the routing clip area.
Step 3
Insert a paper clip into the hole by the arrow, pressing the button inside, and plug the device into power. The halo LEDs will light up green. Hold the button down for approximately 5 seconds, until the halo light goes dark. If you look at the Naso screen you should see an animation and a message saying it's erasing.
The unit will reboot and begin the onboard firmware reset process.
