Next up is to login to the Naso Admin Panel for the first time to grant necessary permissions and configure your account.

Grant permission as global admin and activate license key.
As an account administrator, you will need to follow some initial steps to grant permissions and enable the Evoko Naso Services to connect with your room calendars and enable users within your organization access to Evoko Naso Services.
- Head over to the Naso Admin Panel and login with the email that was used to register your organization. This was most likely an O365 Admin Account.
Note! If you are unable to log in, please verify that:- all steps in Step 1 - Configure booking system were correctly performed
- you registered with a global administrator account, and
- you are logging in with the same global administrator account you used to register.
- Press Accept on the permissions page. This step may not display if you have previously signed in on the Naso Mobile or Naso Admin Portal.

Sync users
- While signed in to the Naso Admin Panel, navigate to Users.
- In the top right corner you'll find a Sync users option. Press that to allow your users to sync.
Add locations and levels
Before you can link your meetings rooms or create new spaces you must create a location. To create your first location, follow the below steps:
- While signed in to the Naso Admin Panel, navigate to Locations.
- Press Add new location to create a new location.
- This will bring you to a page for entering details for the new location.
- Name: The name of the location. This could just be the city or a commonly used name.
- Address: The postal address of the location.
- Location Image (Optional): It is possible to provide an image for each location that simply helps when administering the system. This must be a
.png
or.jpg
file format. It is worth to note that if no image is provided, a generic placeholder will be used. - UUID (Optional): This is only required when using sensors to monitor presence. Each sensor has three IDs that are used to link them to a specific building, level, and space. This field is used to link sensor data to this building.
- Geo Community ID & Geo Drawing ID (Optional): This only required when interactive mapping is enabled. This field links this location to the matching location in HERE maps with Evoko Naso uses for interactive mapping.
- Daily Room Booking Limit (Optional): Used to restrict the number of bookings that may be made by each user per day. This can be useful if certain users are creating excessive bookings and preventing others from accessing any rooms. The default value of "0" means no limit is applied.
- When you've entered the details, press Add Location to create the location and return to the location homepage.
- From the location homepage, press View > Add new level for the new location.
- Level Name: The name of the level, for example

. - Interactive Mapping Level ID (Optional): If using interactive mapping, this field is used to link a level to a specific floor plan.
- Major Identifier (Optional): This is only required when using sensors to monitor presence. Each sensor has three IDs that are used to link them to a specific building, level and space. This field is used to link major identifiers of sensors to this level.
- Display Order: Used to set the sequence for listing the levels.
- Level Name: The name of the level, for example
Import and Assign Rooms
Once you have connected Naso services to your booking system and have created a location and levels you can start to add rooms.
- While signed in to the Naso Admin Panel navigate to the Locations page.
- Press View for the desired location.
- Here you'll find a list of all levels for the location. From here you can manage desks, rooms, and huddle spaces. Press Manage Rooms for the desired level.
- Press Individual Room Connection.
- Enter the details for the meeting room and press Save.
- Room Name: Enter the name of the room as you'd like it to appear e.g.

which matches that in the booking system. It must be an exact match, not using aliases. - Location: Select the location for the room.
- Level: Select the appropriate level at the location for the room.
- Room Name: Enter the name of the room as you'd like it to appear e.g.
Note: The room will take a few minutes to generate a real-time connection between Microsoft 365 and the Naso backend. After 5 minutes, you should be able to start using it for booking.
