In June earlier this year we introduced an updated firmware to the Naso room manager which included a transition to the Northern Europe Azure environment. On Thursday October 27 we will be turning off the UK servers that previously hosted the Naso. If your Naso devives are running an old version, you will need to update. We have notified all customers, but have not heard back from a small number of end users.
If tomorrow, your panels are affected by this change a factory reset and reclaim will resolve the problem. Once the device is reclaimed the unit will be connected to our newly hosted server.
