We have linked your M365 account to the workplace; so it is time for you to grant the permissions.
- Navigate to Naso Admin Center
- Enter the registered M365 Admin Email you sent to us previously and press SIGN IN
- When prompted, please accept the permissions.
Once the permissions are granted you will be logged into the Naso Device Manager. Open another browser window and navigate back to your Evoko workplace.
- Navigate to BUILDINGS on the left hand column of the Workplace Admin Center.
- Click on ADD BUILDING button in the top right hand corner.
- Here you will be presented to enter the building name and address. You will also be asked to update the correct timezone and language for this building. When you have entered the correct information press ADD BUILDING.
- Now we need to add a floor to the building we just created. Press the ADD FLOOR button.
- Provide a Floor Name and Press on the ADD FLOOR button.
- You have now successfully added your first building and floors! We will now add our M365 Room to the locations we have created.
- Navigate to ROOMS on the left hand side of the column:
- Press the ADD ROOM button in the top right hand corner.
- Add the Room Name, Email, Capacity and assign Location and Press ADD ROOM
- You should now see your Room added to the Room List like below:
- Repeat Steps 8 and 9 for each room you will be using with the Naso.
When you have completed adding your Buildings, Floors and Rooms you can proceed to Step 6: Claim the Naso using the Setup App
