If you are missing Insights in the Evoko Naso Admin portal it is likely that some of your registration information is missing. We can easily fix that if you open a support ticket with us and include the answers to the following questions.
1. Organization/Customer Name
2. What licenses are you using? (Room Booking and or Visitor Management)
3. List all the locations you will be using with the devices and the time zones.
4. What are the registered domains of the Organization?
Once we get this information we can update our records and we will let you know when it should be resolved.
