Follow this article to obtain your new PIN for your Admin/User
Option #1 - Randomly Generated PIN
- Navigate to Evoko Home
- Navigate to Users
- Select Change Pin Go
- Select Confirm when prompted with the dialogue box to change the PIN.
- You will get a message indicating the Pin Has Been Changed. This will trigger a randomly selected PIN to be emailed to the users inbox.
- Once the PIN has been changed you should receive a successful message. Press OK.
- Navigate to the users mailbox to obtain the newly generated PIN.
