Demo mode can be used on the Kleeo desk manager to display the device without need for a WIFI internet connection. This is a great for sales demo and exhibitions.
Prerequisites
- The demo mode can only be started from an un-provisioned device.
- If the device has already been provisioned, it needs a factory reset (press and hold the reset button for long time).
How to enter demo mode
- Swipe up to enter the service menu.
- Swipe left or right until “Demo mode” is displayed.
- Press the button to enter Demo mode.
Set desk name
- Swipe up to enter the service menu.
- Swipe right to “Set Desk Name”.
- Swipe up to view current desk name.
- Press left or right arrow to select a desk name from a predefined list.
Set device language
- Swipe up to enter the service menu.
- Swipe right to “Set Language”.
- Swipe up to view current language.
- Press left or right arrow to select a language.
- Supported languages are English, Swedish, German, Japanese and Chinese.
General
- Device date and time is automatically set to Monday 2022-10-10 09:00.
- First booking
- Occurs randomly within 1-60 minutes (this gives devices different state if multiple are started at same time).
- Gets random username from a predefined list.
- Next booking
- Occurs 30 minutes from last booking (Does not matter if booking was cancelled or ended)
- Gets next username from list
- All pre-bookings have a duration of 15 minutes
Book now
- The book now button will create an anonymous booking.
- Focus mode, extend and cancel bookings works as usually.
Book with RFID
- Tap the device with any RFID tag/card to create a booking with a random username.
- NOTE!This booking does not follow the usual UX/UI behavior:
- The booking is not checked-in. This is to make it possible to set the device in “amber state”.
- The presence detection and auto check-in works as usually.
