This article walks you through the steps to either turn off or on the Check In option for the Evoko Naso.
- Some users may see that their rooms have Check In (Auto Cancelation) enabled and want to turn it off. Here in this screenshot below you see all three of our rooms have Auto Cancelation Enabled.
- In order to change this setting we must navigate to the Naso Device Manager in the top left hand corner.
- This will open the Device Manager Screen - navigate to Profiles in the top right hand corner.
- This will bring you a list of the Profiles you have in your environment. Profiles are used to apply settings to your panels. You can have as many profiles as you want as settings for panels may vary on a per panel basis. To create a new profile you can Copy any previous profile and rename it accordingly.
- Scroll down on your newly created or existing profile and uncheck the Check In option.
- Scroll all the way up and press Save in the top right hand corner.
- Navigate back to the Devices tab above the Save button.
- Find your room in the list - in this example we use the Compound - Demo in Philadelphia. Select the check box next to left of the Room/Device.
- Press the Update Profile Button
- Find the correct profile you want to use in the list and Press Update.
- You should now be able to navigate back to the location and see that Auto Cancelation has been turned off.
